Behind the Scenes of ‘CBGB’ | Film about legendary punk club set for 2013 release

“I started off doing what I had to. Once you’ve done what you had to they’ll never let you do what you want to.”

What will be the next thing that challenges us? That makes us go farther and work harder? You know that when smallpox was eradicated, it was considered the single greatest humanitarian achievement of this century? Surely we can do it again, as we did in the time when our eyes looked towards the heavens, and with outstretched fingers we touched the face of God.

During the speech you did seem a little bit disappointed. [x]

#let’s just talk about how fucking amazing victoria gates is  #she knows she doesn’t have the trust or loyalty of her squad  #but she still gives them the respect she’s yet to fully earn  #because at the end of the day she knows they’re good officers  #and she sees a lot of herself in beckett  #and the things she wants to see in a member in the nypd  #yeah she pretty much rocks it

“I’m not sure there are enough words in the English language to describe just how amazing Stana Katic is. Beckett goes through just about every emotion there is throughout the episode and Katic nails each and every one of them without missing a beat. It’s impossible to look away from her when she’s on the screen and there’s one moment where she sheds a tear and it just about broke me” (x)

You can just see how sad he is for her. Just by the twitch of his lip and the look in his eyes. He just wants to take her pain away from her and protect her from harm. And then there’s her face, which just looks so young and vulnerable. But also content to be in his arms, like she knows she’s safe with this person.
